Couples Therapy in Toronto and Across Ontario

Relationships can be a source of care, belonging, and support, but when conflict repeats or you no longer feel seen and heard, both people can end up feeling alone. Couples therapy creates space to slow things down, understand what is happening beneath the conflict, and find new ways of relating.

Couples therapy may help with:

• Communication patterns and recurring conflict
• Feeling disconnected, unheard, or misunderstood
• Trust, intimacy, and emotional closeness
• Boundaries, attachment patterns, or major life changes
• Cultural differences, family expectations, and identity
• Strengthening your relationship before reaching a crisis

A Collaborative and Affirming Approach

I work with both partners to understand the patterns affecting the relationship without reducing either person to “the problem.” Drawing from relational, narrative, emotion-focused, and DBT-informed approaches, we’ll explore each person’s needs, feelings, values, and experiences while building more supportive ways to communicate.

Culture and Identity Matter

Relationships do not exist outside culture, family, race, gender, sexuality, or neurodivergence. I offer an anti-oppressive and 2SLGBTQIA+-affirming space where these parts of your relationship can be understood rather than overlooked.

Session Options and Fees

Couples therapy is available virtually across Ontario and through Walk-and-Talk sessions in downtown Toronto’s community green spaces. Sessions are $170 for 60 minutes or $240 for 90 minutes.
